In an industry dominated by franchise and national brands, Columbia Athletic Clubs is a rarity. Operating since 1981, we are a locally owned and operated family business with generations of success. At its core, it is this culture of service, community and family that sets Columbia Athletic Clubs apart; and it all starts from the personal commitment, vision and values of Cy Oskoui. Cy came to America in the 1960s to complete his undergraduate studies at Utah State University and graduate studies at the University of Oregon. In 1978, Cy left the support of his extended family and immigrated to America with his wife, Feryal, daughter Farnaz and son Allen to pursue the American dream. In 1980 Cy chose to open the first Club in Kirkland.

My kids go swimming here. Great swimming pool. Not too much chlorine. Good instructors. Mary Lou is an awesome swim coordinator.

Been a member for 6 years. Great equipment friendly people who work there and are members there. My only problem is the always raise the dues. I started paying 130 a month, now its 186 a month. I hope they don't raise the dues again.

Very nice facility with polite staff. I work with one of their in-house personal trainers, Alex Taluc, and he's been great to work with. Definitely recommend this place if your goal is to lose weight and get in shape.

I may be a little biased because I grew up at this gym, but the space, equipment, and staff are all awesome. It's clean and well maintained. It's easy to hit a workout and then hang in the cafe or by the pool. Highly recommend taking a tour to see for yourself!

Eric is a great tennis coach, I have improved a lot since I began lessons with him. We have been working on everything from footwork to serves. he is also a really nice guy and is very supportive and passionate about what he does. The courts that they have at Columbia are also really nice and indoors, they also have outdoor options. Overall, if your looking for a tennis coach, you should pick Eric.
